SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free In-School Pick-Up: We deliver, at no charge, to the school office for pick-up. All of our items are custom made in house and may not always be immediately in-stock. Please allow 5 - 7 school days for delivery. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up or if delivery will take longer than usual. Please specify your student's name at check-out so the office can notify them when the order is available. Most orders will be delivered when our shop is open in the School Lobby on Tuesdays from 2:30- 3:30 p.m. On Tuesdays when there is no school, the spirit shop will not be on campus and deliveries will be delayed until school is back in session.
USPS Shipping: If you prefer, shipping is available at an addition cost. This service is offered as a convenience if picking up at school is a problem. This DOES NOT expedite your order. Delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Need it today? The school office keeps a small supply of 1/4 zip pullovers should your student need it quickly. We do our best to keep the office inventory stocked with these items, but all sizes may not always be available.
We understand that sometimes you get home and your item just doesn't fit like you expected. As long as you have not worn or washed the item, just send us an email and let us know you need to exchange it for a different size. We'll make arrangements to see you at a future on-site event, or to make the exchange through the school office. Should you find a defect in your item, let us know and we'll be happy to either fix or replace it with a new item.
Hurricane Spirit Gear make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, teacher/coaches' gifts, or other events. Not sure of their size or style? Get them a gift card and let them choose their favorite items. Choose the amount you wish to spend. Minimum gift card purchase is $20.00. Unfortunately, at this time gift cards can only be used in our shop. They cannot be used for online purchases. Gift cards must be used at our shop when we are on campus or call us directly 813-299-3337 and we handle their purchase using their gift card by phone.

Screen printed or Rhinestone Decorated garments: Turn inside-out to protect the decoration. Wash on gentle cycle in cold water, Delicate dry on low heat.
Embroidered garments: Follow garment laundering instructions.

IS THE HURRICANE SPIRIT SHOP RUN BY THE SCHOOL?
The Hurricane Spirit Shop and this website is owned and operated by CowPrintz & Stitches, independent of Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School. We take direction from school staff, making sure we offer items that are in line with the mission of BMCHS and follow the school handbook, however, we are solely responsible for the items available and sold in our shop. As the family of a Class of 2014 alumni, we are proud to support BMCHS with a portion of all spirit sales.
I WANT TO SHOP IN PERSON. WHERE CAN I DO THIS?
While we do not have a physical shop location, we set up our shop at school on Tuesday afternoons from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in the School Loby. On Tuesdays when there is no school, the spirit shop will not be on campus. We keep a small number of Uniform Approved outerwear and spirit shirts in the school office for immediate purchase. Our portable shop is available at all back-to-school, new family welcomes and used uniform events, all home football games (adjacent to the new concession stand), and many other special events throughout the year.
